Terms and Conditions for the offer of a Instant Tax Refund

The “Tax Today Refund Offer”, is subject to clients entering into a Loan Agreement
with Tax Today. Tax Today will make enquiries with any Government & Non-
Government agency and may obtain information from any other party, for the purpose
of assessing the client’s credit worthiness.
 
Disclosure is made under Section 18(E)(8)© of the Privacy Act 1988, that certain
items of personal information contained in the Agreement and kept on a credit file,
may be disclosed to a CRA and used for the purpose of assessing the client’s credit
worthiness.
 
The “Tax Today Refund Offer” and any amount offered, is subject to each branch’s
discretion and management decision is final.
